I get one player and my choices are DeVante Parker, Sammy Watkins and Jay Ajayi. 0.5 ppr, 2RB, 2WR, 1 Flex

Cost to keep them all is the same!

Assuming it costs you the same to keep any of those three, I'd go with Watkins.
