Brian Hoyer ($7,100)

If it was ever a secret, it's not any more. The New Orleans Saints pass defense is absolutely miserable. If there was ever any doubt, Kirk Cousins's 300-yard, 4-touchdown game in Week 10 put that doubt to rest.

In fact, our numbers have the Saints passing defense being truly historically bad. Prior to this season, the worst mark for schedule-adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) per play in our database (dating back to 2000) was a 0.29 posted by the 2009 Jacksonville Jaguars. There are only four other teams that have posted 0.25 or worse. The Saints are on pace to shatter that record, currently sporting a 0.34.

Brian Hoyer has actually managed to string together some fantasy success so far this year. Between Weeks 4 and 8 he put up five straight 15-plus point games and averaged 2.4 touchdowns per game over that span. He's averaging 16.78 fantasy points per game on the season.

Vegas unsurprisingly expects the Texans' offense to light up the Saints this week, and their implied team total of 25.5 is the third highest in the league this week. The Saints stopping any quarterback at this point is almost unfathomable, and the fact that Hoyer is cheap this week and has actually put together some solid fantasy success this season makes him an incredible fantasy option.
