The Green Bay Packers find themselves as 8.5-point underdogs coming out of their Week 7 bye as they travel to face the juggernaut, Los Angeles Rams. The game has a hefty 56.5-point over/under, and the Rams are implied to score 32.50 points to the Packers' 24.00 points.

In no way shape or form would I ever have imagined that Aaron Rodgers would be an 8.5-point underdog coming out of a bye week, but here we are. The Rams have earned it this season as they've been dominant in all phases of the game. The Packers wide receiving corps was a bit banged up prior to the bye week and had some time to rest and barring continued inactivity, it looks like his wide receivers are on the mend and will be active in Week 8.

Despite being an underdog, Rodgers has a massive 28.0 point projection, per our models. Rodgers has scored 0.38 DraftKings points per snap over the last month which is behind only Mitchell Trubisky, Andrew Luck, and Patrick Mahomes. For some reason his salary dropped by $400 coming out of the bye week and his upside is elite as this price-tag.
