Raheem Mostert, RB, San Francisco 49ers

Shocking many in Week 6 was Raheem Mostert and his heavy workload for the San Francisco 49ers. The 26-year-old running back replaced Alfred Morris in the backfield alongside Matt Breida on Monday night and found plenty of room to run. After toting the rock 6 times in the first five games, Mostert ripped off 86 yards on 12 carries, looking fresher and more energetic than Morris ever has this season.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan has said Mostert is not guaranteed to see the same role moving forward, but we can chalk that one up to coach speak as it would be hard to see the Niners going back to Morris after Mostert's impressive performance. Facing the Los Angeles Rams may seem like a deal breaker, but the Rams have been beatable on the ground this season.

Just two weeks ago, the Seattle Seahawks racked up 190 rushing yards on L.A. That was the second time in the last four games a team had posted 140 or more rushing yards. The Rams have allowed plenty of big chunks on the ground, too, as opposing running backs are averaging 4.8 yards per carry against them, the fifth-highest mark in the NFL.
