10. Michael Thomas, New Orleans Saints

149 Targets, 104 Receptions, 1,245 Yards, 5 Touchdowns

0.49 Target NEP per target

After a rookie season in which he caught 92 passes for 1,137 yards, New Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas posted improved numbers in 2017, reeling in 104 of 149 targets for 1,245 yards. He only scored five touchdowns after racking up nine the previous year, but he caught five-plus passes in all but two games. He only eclipsed the 100-yard mark twice, but had at least 52 yards on 14 different occasions

It certainly did not hurt Thomas that he's had exceptional service at the quarterback position. Drew Brees had 0.24 Passing NEP per drop back in 2017, which ranked fourth among 29 quarterbacks with 300-plus drop backs. There were four pass catchers on the Saints with at least 0.44 Target NEP per target, and as impressive as Thomas' 0.49 was, he did not have the highest among Saints wide receivers.
