One thing we don't have to worry about with DeAndre Hopkins is whether the Houston Texans will throw him the ball. At this point in the season, they have proved that no matter who the quarterback is, Hopkins will be the focal point of the offense. His 11.6 targets per game ranks second in the NFL behind only Antonio Brown, while his 33.82% target share leads all players.

Many of us expected to see some regression from Hopkins following the loss of Deshaun Watson, but he has recorded at least 80 receiving yards or a touchdown in each of Tom Savage's five starts, with an average of 15.2 FanDuel points per game over that span.

As for his matchup, it would be hard to find anything better. Hopkins will be up against the San Francisco 49ers, who do not have a single cornerback ranked better than 50th on Pro Football Focus' overall position grades. With so much going in his favor, it would be hard to find a reason not to play him this week.
