Superior talents like A.J. Green always have the potential to beat tough matchups, but the Cincinnati Bengals have a particularly rough road test against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
This Jaguars defense is no joke, ranking first against the pass by numberFire's metrics, while allowing the fewest passing yards (161.7) and points (15.7) per game. Although Andy Dalton has shown improvement as the year has gone on, he's been predictably matchup-dependent and isn't a strong bet to have success against a defense allowing the fewest fantasy points per game to quarterbacks.
You're still starting an elite player like Green in season-long leagues, and he might even be worth throwing into a few tournament lineups at low ownership, but otherwise this is probably a better spot to fade the entire Bengals passing game.
