Every time I suggest using Joe Flacco in fantasy, I die a little inside. Fortunately, he doesn't warrant recommendation that often.

Mr. Elite marches the Baltimore Ravens into Nashville this week to take on the Tennessee Titans. The Titans rank 21st against quarterbacks in terms of points per game, yet they rank as the 28th-worst team against the pass by our metrics. Flacco should have plenty of time in the pocket to find open receivers, as Tennessee has found it difficult to provide any pressure, managing only 11 sacks in 2017.

On the other hand, Flacco would need 13.8 points to return value this weekend. He has only scored above this level once this season and ranks 38th in points per game. (As a refresher, there are 32 teams. Yikes.) Yet the matchup is there for the taking. We project him to return exactly three-times value this week with upside for more, though play him in cash games at your peril.
