Evan Engram, New York Giants

ESPN Ownership: 19.3%

As was noted in last week's article, New York Giants head coach Ben McAdoo likes to use his tight ends, having yet to give his tight ends below a 19% target market share in any of his three seasons with New York. And those have been fairly uninspiring groups highlighted by Will Tye and Larry Donnell.

Well, the Giants felt confident enough in their prized rookie Evan Engram to cut the aforementioned Tye, leaving the majority of the work for Engram.

In Week 1, their trust was echoed again by the playing time distribution at the tight end position. Engram dominated it, being in on 85.7% of the team's snaps, with his "competition" in Rhett Ellison finishing a distant second with just 33.9% of the snaps. He also saw five of the six tight end targets, which he turned into 4 catches for 44 yards.

This week, he'll go from one great matchup to another as he takes on the Detroit Lions. While Detroit may not have allowed the raw point totals that the Dallas Cowboys did to tight ends last season, they did allow the second-highest fantasy points per target to the position. In such a great spot, he is worth a look as a risk-reward streaming option, and if Odell Beckham sits once again, he becomes an even stronger play.
