Washington has come out very pass-heavy to start the year. They rank 3rd in the league with a 2.19 pass-to-run ratio, and while part of that has come from the fact that they have playing from behind, Kevin Cole's work suggests that they have still been more pass-heavy than expectation based on their game script. They also have the seventh-highest red zone pass-to-run ratio and the third-highest inside the 10-yard line.

Kirk Cousins has quietly been pretty efficient this year, and his 0.23 Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) per drop back ranks 9th among the 36 quarterbacks with at least 30 drop backs on the season.

He draws a great matchup this week, as Washington has a big 26.75-point implied total against a Cleveland Browns' defense that has allowed top-10 fantasy production to opposing quarterbacks.
