3 NBA FanDuel Studs to Target on 2/23/16

The New Orleans versus Washington game is one of my favorite games to target in daily fantasy tonight. It should be a fast-paced game -- New Orleans ranks 12th in Pace and Washington ranks 5th -- and it has the second highest over/under of the night at 213.5.

Anthony Davis has been playing outstanding basketball lately, and he's the best top-end fantasy play in this game.

Davis is sixth in the NBA with 46.0 FanDuel points per game over the past month. He's averaging 27.3 points, 9.3 boards and 1.5 blocks per game in that span and is coming off of an absurd 89 fantasy point performance against Detroit on Sunday.

The Wizards have been fairly soft on the defensive end and rank 19th in Defensive Efficiency while giving up the third highest Effective Field Goal Percentage in the league. They're also struggling on the glass and rank 16th in Defensive Rebound Rate and 29th in Offensive Rebound Rate.

Davis is a huge part of the Pelicans' offense and has a 31.1 percent Usage Rate over the past month. That kind of usage against a soft defense, especially combined with a matchup that should let him put up good rebound numbers, makes Davis a terrific fantasy option tonight.
