3 NBA DraftKings Studs to Target on 2/12/18

For as good as the Pels have been offensively lately, they have struggled mightily on the defensive end since the Cousins injury. They have a 46.2% rebounding rate during that span, which would rank dead last over the course of the full season. They've been completely obliterated by opposing bigs during that time, allowing a 40-DraftKings-point performance to at least one big in seven of their past eight games.

One of those bigs was Blake Griffin, who put up 58 DraftKings points against this squad as a member of the Los Angeles Clippers just two weeks ago. That type of production is definitely replicable in this spot, as Griffin has averaged 42.8 DraftKings points on a 29.9% usage rate since joining the Pistons. Both he and Andre Drummond ($10,100) have been thriving, and Griffin clearly has the better individual matchup of the two today. While Drummond will most likely be defended by Anthony Davis, Griffin will draw the defense of Nikola Mirotic.

Of the two, Drummond is the preferable tournament option. His rebounding upside in this game is through the roof, and we've seen him put up some monster performances recently. Griffin is the safer cash game option, as he has displayed a steady floor of around 40 DraftKings points. Regardless of your format, both are very exciting options against a soft New Orleans frontcourt.
