Goran Dragic, PG, Miami Heat

FanDuel Price: $7,500

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Today's eight-game slate boasts plenty of appealing point guard options, especially at the top end. John Wall, Stephen Curry, and Damian Lillard all are in good individual matchups and play in games with the three highest over/unders.

Dennis Schroder and Tyler Ulis have both been playing well and will do battle in a fast-paced game, which is exciting since both have proven to be liabilities on the defensive end. Ish Smith also could accrue some interest from daily fantasy players after he rewarded those who trusted him with Reggie Jackson sidelined last night.

Among all these options, the less-flashy Goran Dragic isn't likely to carry heavy ownership.

Why You Should Use Him:

Dragic is coming off a dud against the Boston Celtics, but will look to return to the elite level of play (35.9-FanDuel-point average) he had maintained in the five games prior. A matchup against the Detroit Pistons may be just what he needs.

Detroit has struggled against opposing point guards this season, allowing the 12th-most FanDuel points to the position. While most of that damage has been done against the defensively-inept Reggie Jackson, who will be out of the lineup tonight, Ish Smith isn't a defensive stalwart by any means.

If you need proof, ask Derrick Rose or Elfrid Payton, who have averaged 40.6 FanDuel points with Smith in an expanded role the last two games -- up from their season average of 28.6.

Given the amount of other point guards in great spots, Dragic is by no means a must-play in cash games in this slow-paced game. However, the matchup certainly provides him with the upside to exceed value, and he makes for a viable tournament pivot off the higher-owned point guards.
