Anthony Davis heads into tonight's matchup against the Minnesota Timberwolves averaging 52.4 FanDuel points over his past six games. Outside of a blowout loss to the Utah Jazz, he's played at least 39 minutes in each of his past five games, four of which have yielded at least 50 FanDuel points.

He'll square off against Karl-Anthony Towns, one of the few bigs who can rival Davis' diverse offensive skill-set. However, he isn't nearly the defensive player Davis is. In fact, Towns ranks dead last among 70 centers with a -1.2 defensive real plus-minus.

As a result, Minnesota has allowed the 12th-most FanDuel points per game to opposing centers, highlighted by a 63.5-FanDuel-point performance from Davis in their one meeting this season.

Davis has also hosted a week-long block party and has invited the entire league to attend. He has 11 blocks in his past 2 games and has averaged 4.3 over his past 4 games. The Timberwolves are the league's 10th-most blocked team, thanks in large part to the fact that 29.6% of their shot attempts have come from within three feet of the rim -- eighth-most in the NBA.

Davis should bounce back from his dud against Utah in a big way, and our projections have him as the second-highest scorer on the slate. Do everything you can to fit him in your lineups.
