Starling Marte (oblique) still sidelined for Pirates on Thursday
Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder Starling Marte (oblique) is not in Thursday's lineup against the San Diego Padres.
Marte is out for a second straight contest due to some side discomfort but he doesn't believe the issue will require a stint on the disabled list. Sean Rodriguez will make another start in center field for the Pirates on Thursday.
Marte is averaging 12.4 FanDuel points through 41 games this season while slashing .308/.363/.509 with 6 homers, 19 RBI, 30 runs scored, and 10 steals across 175 plate appearances.
