Jay Bruce is hitting fifth Tuesday in New York
New York Mets outfielder Jay Bruce is back in the lineup Tuesday against the Washington Nationals.

Bruce sat out Monday against righty Jeremy Hellickson, but he'll return to the lineup on Tuesday. The Nats are starting lefty Gio Gonzalez, but Bruce is still in right field and hitting fifth. Brandon Nimmo will head to the bench with Bruce back in the lineup.
