Dodgers' Corey Seager (back) making progress
Los Angeles Dodgers shortstop Corey Seager (back) feels "considerably better," manager Dave Roberts told reporters Sunday.
"Corey … says he feels considerably better," said Roberts. "He says he feels 'normal-ish.' That's, I think, a good thing to hear." Seager was surprisingly left off the Dodgers' National League Championship Series roster due to a sprain in his lower back, but it sounds like he could be available if the club advances to the World Series.
In the National League Divisional Series, Seager went 3-for-11 with a triple, 2 RBI, 3 runs scored, 4 walks, and 3 strikeouts over three games.
