Mallex Smith a late addition to Rays' Tuesday lineup
Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Mallex Smith was a late addition to the team's lineup on Tuesday, per Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times.
What It Means:
Logan Morrison was scratched from the lineup due to the stomach flu, which forced Lucas Duda to play the field tonight. So, with Corey Dickerson moving to DH, Mallex Smith will fill the void left in the Rays' outfield and hit eighth against the Minnesota Twins' Bartolo Colon.
