Mets' Yoenis Cespedes smashes 26th home run
New York Mets outfielder Yoenis Cespedes ripped his 26th home run of the season, a two-run shot, in Thursday night's extra-inning win over the Philadelphia Phillies.
It was the only hit in six at-bats for Cespedes, a mid-season trade acquisition.
Cespedes owns a career-best .362 wOBA, nearly .40 points higher than his previous career-high clip of .326. His nERD of 2.07 is 25th among hitters. We have him posting an .803 OPS with six jacks over the season's final month.
