Dexter Fowler goes yard as Caridnals sweep Thursday's doubleheader against Toronto
St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Dexter Fowler went 3-for-4 on Thursday night, blasting a home run and scoring twice as the Cards scored a 6-4 win over the Toronto Blue Jays in the second half of their doubleheader.
Fowler has had a pretty quiet start to the year, slashing .224/.295/.388 with a .294 wOBA through 95 plate appearances, so this big game came as a welcome bounce-back performance.
numberFire's models project Fowler to hit .271 with 12 home runs, 16 stolen bases, 71 runs scored and 50 RBI's through 512 plate appearances over the remainder of the season.
