Angels' Mike Trout's (shoulder) X-rays come back negative
Los Angeles Angeles outfielder Mike Trout's X-rays on his left shoulder came back negative.
Trout was hit in the shoulder blade by a pitch on Wednesday that forced him to exit the contest, but he's expected to be fine for Friday's tilt against the Houston Astros.
Trout's .420 wOBA is the best in the majors among qualifying hitters this season, and he is slashing .318/.441/.556 through 669 plate appearances.
