Mets make Lucas Duda a late scratch from lineup
New York Mets first baseman Lucas Duda has been scratched from Wednesday's game against the Miami Marlins.
Duda was expected to play, but James Loney was the man on first when things tipped off. Expect an update on the situation later Wednesday night.
The 30-year-old first baseman is slashing just .241/.317/.434 with a .319 wOBA in 164 plate appearances this season. He's added seven home runs and a .200 ISO.
