Tim Anderson goes yard and drives in three as White Sox roll on Tuesday
Chicago White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson had a home run, two runs scored and three RBI's on 3-for-5 hitting Tuesday as the White Sox blew out the Tampa Bay Rays 13-6.
Anderson opened the scoring with an RBI single in the bottom of the first inning, then drove in another run in the second inning before going yard once the game was already out of reach in the eighth.
Anderson is slashing .278/.300/.411 with only a .305 wOBA through 409 plate appearances in his rookie season. He has also smacked 8 home runs, scored 54 runs and driven in 28 RBI's.
