Alexi Amarista leading off for Padres
Alexi Amarista is leading off for the Padres on Monday afternoon. Tonight will mark just the third game of the season that he has done so.
Amarista, who's hitting just .201/.267/.293 this season, has an atrocious -1.59 nERD on the season. He has a .246 wOBA on the year against right-handed pitching. While he does possess some speed, which makes him valuable on DraftKings, it's tough to recommend a guy who's that terrible of a hitter. He does face Wily Peralta, who has a 4.45 FIP on the season and is more than hittable. He could be a solid cheap play on DraftKings at just $2,400, but use at your own risk.
