Adrian Beltre smacks two homers to lead Rangers Friday night
Texas Rangers third baseman Adrian Beltre smashed a pair of solo homers on Friday, powering the Rangers to a 6-2 victory over the Tampa Bay Rays.
Beltre ended the night 4-for-5 in an impressive hitting performance. He now has three multi-homer games this season and he has five homers in his last 11 games. The veteran third baseman is having yet another strong season, giving him even more Hall of Fame potential once his career is over.
Beltre is slashing .290/.342/.476 with 21 home runs and 79 RBI's on the year. He has a .352 wOBA to go along with a 1.28 nERD over 489 appearances at the plate.
