Toronto's Davis Schneider riding pine Monday
The Toronto Blue Jays did not list Davis Schneider as a starter for Monday's game against the Houston Astros.
What It Means:
Schneider will move back to Toronto's bench Monday while the team has Kevin Kiermaier slot back into centerfield.
Schneider launched a home run in his season debut but will apparently need to do more to find consistent playing time with Toronto this season. He put together a promising rookie campaign, which saw him go for 1.008 OPS across 141 plate appearances.
