Chris Carter hits three-run bomb in Brewers' win
Milwaukee Brewers first baseman Chris Carter went 2-for-3 with a three-run home run and two runs scored as the Brewers bested the Washington Nationals 6-5 on Saturday.
What It Means:
After a hot start to the season, Carter has regressed back closer to his career batting average, but his power numbers have still been there in his first season in Milwaukee. Saturday marked his 19th home run of the season.
Carter is slashing .229/.305/.508 with a .346 wOBA in 295 plate appearances. He has 47 RBI's on the year, and our models project him to knock in 49 more runs and hit 18 home runs while posting a .343 wOBA over the rest of the season.
