Giancarlo Stanton (knee) back in action Wednesday for Yankees
The New York Yankees activated outfielder/designated hitter Giancarlo Stanton from the 60-day injured list.
Stanton is starting in left field and batting fifth on Wednesday against left-hander Dillon Peters and the Los Angeles. He's expected to be limited to 4-5 innings after missing nearly three months with a PCL strain in his right knee. Stanton has played in just nine games for the Yankees this season but returns just in time for a World Series run. Cameron Maybin is sitting Wednesday.
Stanton is averaging 10.8 FanDuel points per game this season. The Yankees are heavy home favorites on Wednesday with an inviting implied total (5.87 runs).
