Brett Lawrie's eighth home run of the season was an important one, as he hit a go-ahead solo homer in the top of the tenth inning off of the lights-out Yankees reliever Dillon Betances.

The 25 year-old third basemen has really come into his own this season, as his slash line now sits at .291/.329/.425. He hit his home run off of one of the best relief pitchers in baseball. He's definitely worth a spot on your roster and makes a great daily fantasy play when the matchup is right.
