Yankees option Clint Frazier to Triple-A on Sunday
New York Yankees outfielder Clint Frazier was optioned to Triple-A Scranton on Sunday.
What It Means:
Frazier will spend some time in the minors with the Yankees' major league roster stocked with outfield options. Look for the 24-year old to be used as a trading piece at the deadline.
In 191 at-bats this season, Frazier is hitting .283 with 11 home runs and 34 RBI.
