New York Yankees outfielder Giancarlo Stanton (calf) will be activated on Tuesday.
What It Means:
Stanton will be ready to join the major league roster on Tuesday after playing in five minor league rehab games. Look for the Yankees' slugger to play in left field with Edwin Encarnacion expected to handle designated hitting duties.
In 17 at-bats during his rehab stint, Stanton produced a .353 average with five home runs and eight RBI.
