Ben Revere (hamstring) returns to Phillies lineup tonight
Ben Revere will return to the Phillies lineup tonight versus the Dodgers and leadoff.
What It Means:
Since June 1st, Revere has been hitting .351/.379/.459 with a .366 wOBA to go along with nine stolen bases. He'll face Yimi Garcia of the Dodgers, who is coming out of the bullpen to start tonight. The Dodgers also called up lefty pitcher Eric Surkamp who is expected to come in early and see significant action tonight. Both pitchers hold lefties below a .290 wOBA (although Surkamp's numbers are from Triple-A) so it may be best to avoid Revere tonight.
