Mike Clevinger ($10,700 on FanDuel): Clevinger and Gerrit Cole are head and shoulders above the rest of this slate's pitchers. Clevinger has a great matchup at the Kansas City Royals, and he's $1,300 cheaper than Cole. Clevinger has been downright dominant this season, posting a 2.97 SIERA, 39.4% strikeout rate and 16.6% swinging-strike rate across 42 1/3 frames. KC sits just 22nd in wOBA against righties (.309), and they sport a 3.80 implied total, the second-lowest of the slate. Our projections have Cole in front of Clevinger by 1.3 FanDuel points, but given the price difference, Clevinger is a great play in all formats.
