Michael Conforto, OF, New York Mets

FanDuel Price: $3,400

It was disappointing to see the New York Mets fail to take advantage of a matchup against Clay Buchholz over the weekend, but they have another shot at piling up runs tonight when they see Elieser Hernandez.

We don't have much of a track record to work with for Hernandez, who has logged all of eight MLB innings over three appearances, including one start. But over this minuscule track record, he only has 3 strikeouts with a 5.10 SIERA, and prior to his call-up, his 9 innings in Double-A were his highest level of minor league experience.

In all, this is a pitcher very short on experience, so it wouldn't be surprising to see the Mets get something going against him. A stack is definitely on the table, and be sure to include Michael Conforto in the mix.

Conforto has struggled this season, but he's started to launch home runs again this month, so he might be finally turning things around. Conforto posted a .392 wOBA and .276 isolated power (ISO) in 2017, and he owns a career 39.3% hard-hit rate, so we should bet on the talent rather than just this season's results. A recent rise in price only figures to keep his ownership even more in check.
