Edwin Encarnacion, 1B, Cleveland Indians

Price: $3,600

The first base position is absolutely loaded, and if you're looking to pay up without going all the way to Goldschmidt's huge price tag, Edwin Encarnacion also makes for an excellent option.

Encarnacion's production hasn't been anything special, but he's sporting a massive 48.9% hard-hit rate and ranks top 50 in both average exit velocity and average batted-ball distance among hitters with at least 25 batted balls this year. Making contact like that, we can expect the production to come.

His matchup is also as good a spot as any for him to pick things up, as the Cleveland Indians have Friday's highest implied total (5.14) against southpaw Ariel Miranda and the Seattle Mariners. Miranda has a 4.52 SIERA in his young major league career, and right-handed hitters have cracked him for a 35.9% hard-hit rate and 52.5% fly-ball rate.
