Advice on my team, what would you do?

14 team PPR, 6 trades and this is the end result, but I still have 3 weeks left until trade deadline.

QB: Palmer
RB: Ryan Mathews
RB: Eddie Lacy (sigh I used to have Leveon)
WR: Alshon
WR: Demaryius
TE: Graham
FLEX: Marshall
FLEX: DGB
D: STL D

Bench:
QB: McCown (nobody else is on waivers, but should I drop for Welker or Marquess Wilson as Alshon backup?)
RB: Bradshaw, Buck Allen, Christine Michael, Pierre Thomas (just in case NE signs him)
WR: Chris Givens and Kevin White/Breshard Perriman on IR
TE: Heath Miller

Obviously I'm very thin at RB, but I REALLY don't want to trade any of my WR. I had a few offers out such as:
-Demaryius for Megatron/Abdullah
-Alshon/Eddie Lacy for Mike Evans/Marshawn

Anything else that you would do? Thoughts on holding a backup QB? I'd rather pick up a flier on Welker, Marquess or Hightower in NO, but I'm 2nd guessing myself. I had Hoyer as backup QB, but dropped him after 1 day and he got picked up fast so there is NOONE left on waivers (only Cassell/Landry Jones)

don't bother with welker. i think the only trade that makes sense is the one for evans and lynch. you would expect marshawn to get it going the rest of the year and evans' play to also improve as winston gets better. alshon is a beast and who knows what will happen with lacy. maybe try to trade ryan mathews as well.

Nobody will buy Mathews, I've tried for weeks. I sent offer for Marshawn and it got shut down. 1st place team is 7-2 and has depth for days, but do you think I could get ARob/Jeremy Hill/CJ Anderson for Alshon? They have ODB as WR1 AND Hurns AND Gio on their team.
