Questions
Available bench spot: Who to pick up?
Waiver targets:
Tony Romo
Thomas Rawls (handcuff)
Melvin Gordon
Tevin Coleman
Joique Bell
David Cobb
Vincent Jackson
Dorial Green-Beckham
Eric Ebron
Charles Clay

I own Marshawn Lynch, hence the mention of Rawls, and I have Cam Newton as my starting QB. Romo would be a nice backup/insurance.

Thoughts? Any of these targets have more upside than the others?

I think Gordon has the most upside, but since you're not hurting for a RB, I'd go for the handcuff in Rawls, or Romo and try to trade either him or Newton when he's back.

Depending on your depth at rb, I would either add Rawls or Cobb. If you can afford a flier then go Cobb. If you need to lock up your rb spot, now is the time to start beginning to handcuff your rbs especially with quality guys like Rawls. If you are flushed with rbs, then add Romo.

Other RBs: Ingram, Lynch, Latavius Murray, and Ryan Mathews.

You have good depth. I gamble and don't carry 2 qbs in any league unless my guy gets hurt (aka Romo did in 1 of my leagues). Cam gets hurt a lot so if you are more conservative, get Romo unless there are other good qbs available on waivers then no need to get romo. Otherwise I say pick up Cobb and see what he does next couple weeks. Then go get Rawls. Monitor Lynch practice Friday as he was gone Wednesday like he normally is. If it is an injury then go grab Rawls immediately.
