Questions
who can i realistically trade for with my current team?
QB: Palmer, Ryan
RB: Jonathan Stewart, Chris Ivory, Alfred Blue, Mcluster, Ryan Mathews
WR: Demaryius, Jordan Matthews, Marvin Jones, James Jones, Crabtree, Amendola
TE: Gronkowski
K: Hauschka
I've been streaming D/STs all season, currently using the Falcons and have Packers on bench

- Three weeks ago I traded Woodhead and Landry for Foster.

-Second in points scored, second in points scored against

I'm always willing to trade, however, trades are hard to come by unless it is a blockbuster in this particular league.

Who can / should I move to improve my team?

You have 1 great QB and 1 good QB with high upside. You have a RB1 in Ivory and Stew who you DO need to sell high on ASAP. Hold onto Mathews, you'll need him later. WR you have DT and nothing else so you need help at RB2/WR2. TE you're obviously good so don't sell the best player in his position, sell your depth. Trade Palmer/JStew for either a RB1 or WR1. Package Alfred Blue, Marvin Jones, James Jones together for a WR1 (people will buy Blue for hype and James for his ranking. Marvin has had a few games so you're selling high on him.). Start Ryan, Ivory, RB1 that you traded for, DT, WR1 that you traded for and Gronk at TE. I'd stick to one of those D's (pick best schedule rest of year) and drop the other one for depth space. Good luck!

Your need is obviously RB...Packaging Crabtree and Stewart might fetch a decent RB. You can also look to move Ryan or Palmer, I believe Ryan has the easier strength of schedule but double check. One of the QBs plus Stewart should be a tempting trade for a RB like Ingram, Yeldon, Martin, Miller, or Chris Johnson....it just depends on what the other team has/needs and what you have to offer.

The guys I'm low on are: Amendola (being phased out w/Lafell coming back) and Alfred Blue (I'd rather own no Texans' RBs right now). Those two are probably droppable if you can find some upside guys on the waiver. I'd drop Amendola before I'd drop Blue.

Keep Ivory, maybe add Steven Ridley for insurance; he was just activated off the PUP list. I like Ryan Mathews (he's on the waiver right now & I'm contemplating picking him up). He's outperformed Murray and should get more looks, though that's up to Chip Kelly.

Thomas and Matthews should both bounce back / start performing well. James Jones is a good flex starter. Marvin Jones is a good depth guy and if he strings one or two more productive games you might be able to throw him in a trade package.

    Obviously, keep Gronk (duh)

As a Panthers fan, Stewart is inevitably going to get hurt or go back to being average. He's had two good weeks, so now should be a good time to sell high.

Thanks guys. Obviously, Gronk is my best player. If Bell were available for him, would you do that deal?

I have Gronk, too and I wouldn't do that deal. Gronk has been steadily producing and faces teams that he can excel against in the coming weeks. Plus he is on the receiving end of the best QB in the league!
