Your team is really similar to mine.

QB: Eli, Matt Stafford, Teddy Bridgewater (just for trade value -- I think he's going to have a QB1 type of season)
RB: CJ Anderson, McCoy, Frank Gore
WR: OBJ, Cooks, Edelman, Charles Johnson
    TE: Eifert, Seferian-Jenkins
    DST: PHI
    K: Prater, Josh Brown

You're decent at QB. Both are borderline QB1s. Consider trading Tannehill + a RB3 or WR3 for a high end QB1 or RB2. You'll get more out of trading Tannehill than rivers, probably, but I'd put them about equal in terms of production.

You're decent at RB. LeSean is worth more than his ADP suggests because people are scared of his injury. I expect him to play at his usual elite level from the get-go. Your other three RBs are all RB by committee type guys. Abdullah and Gordon both have the potential to get more of their respective workloads, but I'd be cautious about Jennings. He had a pretty mediocre year last year, and he has to compete with Andre Jennings and Shane Vereen for carries. I'd look to get trade value out of one or two of these guys in the hopes of picking up a better RB2.

Your WRs are solid. OBJ could not be in a better position this year from a fantasy standpoint. Victor Cruz may miss a game or two, and when he comes back, he's likely to be at less than 100%. That obviously leaves OBJ as the consensus #1 target, but with Cruz and Reuben Randle on the field, defenses can't just double cover OBJ all of the time. I would not be the slightest bit surprised if Beckham finishes the season as the #1 WR over Antonio Brown or Dez.

Brandin Cooks, in my opinion, is in the conversation for the most underrated fantasy player in the NFL, despite him getting a lot of attention lately. With Jimmy Graham and Kenny Hill gone and Colston on the decline, that leaves Cooks as the undisputed #1 for Drew Brees. Even though Brees is pretty well known for spreading out his targets, I think Cooks will get the majority of the action this year. I see him as a middle to high end WR1.

You have too much invested in your TEs, and they also have the same BYE week. If you can get good value out of Bennett, trade him. If not, look for somebody that needs a TE and try to get some value out of Eifert.
