Who to take No 1 over all?

12 team keeper league. I have L.Bell in the 9th and J.Hill in the 12th. I also have the No 1 overall draft pick. The best available players are McCoy, Aaron Rodgers, or Charles. I was leaning towards McCoy and hoping for a bounce back, but he is hurt. So thought Rodgers but now Nelson is out, Charles has an injury history but isnt hurt now. Other players available are Megatron, Drew Brees but I cant see them as a No.1. Who should I take?

If you can start 3 RB's per week, then Jamaal Charles without question. If you can only start 2 RB's per week, then I'd still go with Jamaal Charles, though I could understand someone picking Calvin Johnson instead.

I'd take charles if you can start 3 rbs. You can always trade one for a QB or WR in midseason.

Charles, as you said, Mccoy is hurt and I fear the worst for him this year, Rodgers doesn't get hurt that much by the loss of Nelson but I would still take Charles and then you would have best rb core in the league.

To me it's between Rodgers and Charles. The only reason Rodgers is even in consideration is because you already have 2 stellar RBs, obviously, and stacking your team in other positions sounds like the more strategic move to me. Charles #1 overall isn't bad, though.
