Andy Dalton, RG3, or Alex Smith?

RG3, Smith, or Dalton? I picked Dalton. Your thoughts?
Why is RG3 so high? His play this year has been really bad. Very hard to trust. Why is Dalton ranked so low? He is at home. Den run D is good. CIN will be down, need to throw. AJ Green should get 1, 2 tds would be a bonus. Based on over under, CIN should get 21 points. Thoughts?

I would not start Smith especially if Bowe does not play and RG3 is one of the most unreliable players in the league a and while Dalton may be inconsistent, he is not bad so start Dalton even if he has to worry about a tough secondary including Talib and Moore.
