    V. Davis for me and its pretty simple actually. No doubt Davis has been underused in the passing game most of season. This was mostly by design. The 49ers have had multitude of injuries/suspensions on the defense this season. Their strength is the offensive line. They chose to play to their strengths while the Defense got healthy and coached up. Therefore, the offense became much more conservative aiming to control the clock and play field position. When Davis is used in the passing game, he is a big play threat meaning down the field. With those types of plays, the likelihood of injury increases. If you look at his playoff production over past couple of years along with the number of lower leg injuries suffered by big/tall receivers, you can understand why the coaches may want to wait before sending number 85 streaking down the field. Its not just him either, look at Capernick and how limited he has been running the ball. Now, the surge for the playoffs is here and San Fran has to win and win now given an extremely competitive division. Moreover, the 49er defense are getting all kinds of players back and have opened up the O since the debacle in St. Louis. V Davis will be a huge part of the plan moving forward. He was targeted 6 times last week and held w/o a catch I know, but his targets were all big play target opportunities unlike before. This week specifically, the media asked about V Davis and Coach H. compared him to an olive bottle about to bust open whatever the hell that means. Lastly, did I mention San Fran is playing the Washington Redskins led by the most overrated QB in NFL history, at home mind you. The matchup is glorious and the Coaching staff will make a conscience effort this week to get him going. This is the week for #85 my man!! As for D. Walker in Philly, I understand its tempting but you just can't trust him or that offense in Philly. The Titans have absolutely zero identity, a new QB starting every other week, and unfortunately playing an Eagle defense that has completely destroyed and I mean EMBARRASSED their opponents at home. Panthers and the Giants were the last two victims and I mean it was a spanking. And lets be honest, they played two teams with solid QB's in Newton and Eli Manning. They looked like rookies against Philly and Cam is still getting sacked. Walker is also coming off of a concussion and knowing what I saw from that defense aforementioned, D Walker could get him self knocked out. Oh yea, Zach Mettenburger is throwing him the football. Mettenburger is as mobile and agile as an iron skillet. If Cam couldn't get away, Mettiburger may end up right alongside Walker. SO, if Zachy isn't getting sacked, then he will probably be handing it off to Stanky Sankey instead making your TE a blocker. Something I personally hate, Tennessee is playing for squat and that means something. Even if the Z Burger gets lucky and rips one to Walker for a 35 yd TD, I would sleep well knowing I made a good decision based on facts and in the end that is all you can do. I would play V Davis and sleep like a baby.
