Kaepernick for McCown
I'm in a 10-man 2-QB league and my current QB's are Peyton Manning, Drew Brees, and Josh McCown. I'm considering offering another team Josh McCown for Colin Kaepernick. Over the last 3 games, McCown has been far more productive, but my idea is that Kaepernick might hold more value to other teams when I'm trying to trade (our deadline is this week). What do you guys think?

    You won't play Kaep or McCown (Hard to not roll out Drew Brees with his low floor and nice matchups). If a person would trade Kaep for McCown, why not target a player on their team that you'll actually use?

    I think it is risky to assume value for Kaep, and I would just get the value for McCown.

    keep mccown. with evans playing like he is, mccown is a better play than kaep imo. but, i agree with steven, you're not going to play anyone over brees and manning. but if you were willing to deal one of your studs for an upgrade elsewhere, i'd do it and play mccown. takes some stones but can't win ff playing safe. both brees and manning were awful in the playoffs one week. both teams that had them in one of my leagues lost as a result.
