Upgrade QB or TE?

I have a bunch of WR2 types (Benjamin, Evans, Beckham, Hopkins) that aren't all going to play (I also have Megatron and Josh Gordon). I would like to use one of them to upgrade my QB or TE.

Which would be a better upgrade: Brady to Aaron Rodgers, or Julius Thomas to Gronk? The team with Rodgers and Gronk needs WR help, so I think he'll take either deal.

Rodgers is definitely the better upgrade, especially looking forward to the playoffs. I'll bet Brady/Gordon could at least get the conversation going for Rodgers.

Gordon probably has the highest upside of any of my WRs other than Megatron. I was going to start with Hopkins, see where that goes. If I have to I might do Benjamin, Evans, or Beckham - they're all similarly valued to me and I can't start them all.
