    I am assuming you mean Jonas Gray.
    If that is the best left on the waiver wire, then I would instead try to package one of your WR and one of your TE and try to trade for RB depth. Barring injury to Charles or Bell, you only need another RB for Bell's bye week and maybe to play in the Flex.
    Not sure I would actually drop someone for him.

    actually trying to package quick and bennett for ruben rande and using the extra roster spot on Charles Sims or Jonas Gray. Thanks for the input though

    If you have not yet, you can clearly cut Quick for Gray. If not, I would even consider Blount for Gray. For a package, I could see Welker or Harvin + Reed for a more known entity. I am not sure who, but there should be someone in the WR / RB 20-(low)30s rank you could get for them.
