Do I sit Matt Ryan against DET? Superflex/PPR league

I'm starting Carson Palmer. In my flex spot should I go with Ryan, or go with either Davante Adams/Isaiah Crowell?

RB - Matt Forte
RB - Jerick McKinnon
WR - Julio Jones
WR - Michael Floyd

Flex - Kelvin Benjamin
Superflex - ???
