Is Welker worth holding onto and taking up a roster spot?

As always, depends on who else you have. What's your WR depth, and who would you be picking up as a replacement?

Never just drop a player due to frustration. If there's a player you want that you think will do more for your team, go for it. But Welker could very well still be the best option available.

This is a continuing question in which I am debating on adding Brown or Dixon to my lineup - I want to keep Hill, and I have an average WR list: D. Jackson, V. Jackson, A. Robinson, D. Hopkins, A. Holmes, R. Randle, and Welker... If I want to add Brown or Dixon, I'd rather drop a WR and Welker has done shit compared to the rest of my crew.

Aha. Yeah, from that crowd, you can probably drop Welker and not look back.

The size of your league makes a difference. 12+ teams ... he's probably going to fill in for a couple byes. 10 teams ... he's probably that guy that sits on your bench and never plays but you'd want him over the waiver guys in case of injury. 8- teams ... he's probably droppable.
