My Ryan, Gore, & Sanders for his Wilson & Graham

My Matt Ryan, Frank Gore, and Emmanuel Sanders for his Russell Wilson and Jimmy Graham. Is this a good trade for me? Standard scoring 10 team league. I'm 4-3 in the league. I believe I can get Doug Baldwin or Allen Robinson off the waiver wire this week to replace Sanders. Ryan and Gore are quickly declining in fantasy. My roster below:
