12 team league, espn standard scoring, also 3 keeper league

It depends on how your team is set up of course, but in a vacuum ... that's tough because this is basically a gamble on Foster's health (which hasn't been and doesn't look great). The Foster side is a clear win if he stays healthy, of course. At this point, I think I'd take Jennings if my record was 4-0, Foster if I was 2-2 or worse, and flip a coin at 3-1.
