Which Trade Benefits Me More?

I have been offered 2 trades, Which is better for me:
My Marshawn Lynch for His Eddie Lacy and AJ Green
OR
My Arian Foster for his Eddie Lacy

Getting AJ would be nice but keep in mind that I already have Jordy Nelson, Antonio Brown, Keenan Allen, and Larry Fitz. Also, would giving up Lynch be worth the risk of having Injury Prone Foster and Lacy (who has done nothing so far) as my 2 starting RB's? So which trade is better for my team?

With the players that you have now, I would take the second trade. That would ultimately be a steal, because despite him doing nothing so far, Lacy will get his points this year (easier schedule going forward). Your WR corps is strong enough as it is, so it is not worth losing Lynch to get Green.

Get rid of Foster he is a disaster waiting to happen take Lacy he will be getting more touches if you look at who he will be playing in the upcoming weeks.
